ManagementFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate like EEO, etc. Must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Must not invent. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Intro about Wells Fargo (company description) maybe not needed? It's not a section heading; could be part of About the role? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide which sections have content. We have: - About This Role: description of role, responsibilities. That could go under About the role (maybe also Responsibilities). We need to separate. - In This Role, You Will: list of duties (bullet points). That's responsibilities. - Required Qualifications: list. - Desired Qualifications: list (maybe combine with Requirements? Could be Qualifications section). The instruction: Use sections Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide mapping. We have Required Qualifications and Desired Qualifications. Could combine into Qualifications section (maybe separate Required and Desired as subpoints). Also we have Skills: maybe from desired qualifications like Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Strong partnership etc. Could put under Skills. We have Job Expectations: Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office 2 days remote (based on listed location). This is schedule info. Also "This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship", "Relocation assistance is not available". Those could be under Benefits? Not exactly benefits. Could be under Job Expectations but we don't have that heading. Could put under Schedule (hybrid schedule) and maybe Benefits (relocation assistance not available, visa sponsorship not eligible). However instruction: only create Benefits/Pay/Schedule sections if posting actually states them. It does state schedule (hybrid). It does not state Pay or Benefits specifics (like health insurance, etc). It mentions relocation assistance not available, visa sponsorship not eligible. Those are not benefits but could be considered under Benefits? Might be considered as "Benefits" but they are negative. The instruction says never create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It does state relocation assistance not available and visa sponsorship not eligible. That is about benefits/relocation. Could be considered under Benefits. However it's not a positive benefit; still it's stating something about benefits. I'd include a Benefits section with that info. Pay: No mention of salary/compensation. So omit Pay section. Schedule: Yes hybrid schedule. Now we need to preserve all substantive information. Must not repeat job title. Must not include boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, etc. Must remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Also remove "Job Locations: 144039-NC-550 S Tryon **Required location(s) listed above. **Relocation assistance is not available for this position". Actually relocation assistance already captured. The location line maybe not needed as heading; could be minor metadata folded into short p. The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include location in a short p maybe. Also "Posting End Date 14 Sep 2026 Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants." That's metadata; could be short p. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Structure: Use

for each section heading. Under each heading, use

for prose,

  • for lists. We need to decide sections: - About the role: maybe a brief paragraph summarizing role (from About This Role). Could include the description: "Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Control Management Officer to join the Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) Operations Control organization, the first line of risk management for CIB Operations. This team is responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing operational and regulatory risks across a complex global environment while providing independent oversight to ensure controls are effective, risks are appropriately managed, and regulatory obligations are met. This role supports the Trade & Transaction Reporting and Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting functions within CIB Operations Control. The position plays a critical role in overseeing regulatory obligations, governance, controls, new business initiatives, and risk management activities across multiple regulatory frameworks, including SEC, CFTC/NFA, FINRA, MSRB, and MiFID. Working closely with partners across Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Technology, Data Management, Audit, and Transformation, this role is responsible for evaluating emerging risks, strengthening the control environment, and driving sustainable remediation of identified issues. The position provides independent challenge and oversight across a broad portfolio that includes regulatory reporting, operational risk management, control effectiveness, business transformation efforts, new business initiatives, and regulatory change management. This is an excellent opportunity for a risk and control professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, partnering across multiple functions, and helping ensure the organization maintains a strong and effective control framework while supporting key business priorities." That's substantive. - Responsibilities: from "In This Role, You Will" bullet points. We'll list each as
  • . - Requirements: maybe combine Required Qualifications? Could be Requirements section. We'll list required qualifications. - Qualifications: maybe Desired Qualifications? Or we could have Qualifications section covering both required and desired? But we already have Requirements. Could have Qualifications for desired qualifications. Or we could merge required and desired into Qualifications and skip Requirements. However instruction list includes both Requirements and Qualifications as possible headings. We'll use both: Requirements for required qualifications, Qualifications for desired qualifications. - Skills: from desired qualifications that are skill-based: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Strong partnership, collaboration, influencing skills, Highly organized and self-directed, strong judgment, risk management acumen, ability to prioritize, ability to navigate complex regulatory and operational environments, etc. Also maybe "Strong knowledge of internal controls, control design, operational risk management principles, and regulatory expectations." That's more knowledge than skill but could be under Skills or Qualifications. We'll decide: Skills section for skill-based items. - Benefits: mention relocation assistance not available, visa sponsorship not eligible. Also maybe mention "Living the Well Life means you're supported in life, not just work. It means having robust benefits, competitive compensation, and programs designed to help you find work-life balance and well-being." That's from intro about Wells Fargo. That is a benefit statement. So we can include that as benefits description. Also "You'll be rewarded for investing in your community, celebrated for being your authentic self, and empowered to grow." That's also benefit. So we have benefits content. Thus Benefits section will have those statements. - Schedule: hybrid schedule: 3 days in office 2 days remote (based on listed location). Also maybe note "This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship" and "Relocation assistance is not available" could be under Benefits but we already have them. We'll keep schedule separate. Now we need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not repeat job title. Not include. We must not include headings with empty content. Now produce HTML. We'll start with maybe a

for metadata like location and posting end date? The instruction: fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. We can include a short p at top: "

    Location: 144039-NC-550 S Tryon | Posting end: 14 Sep 2026

" but maybe better to drop? It's minor metadata; we can include as short p. But we must not include job ID/requisition numbers as headings; we aren't. Now produce:

    About the role

    ...

But note some of these overlap with Skills. We might split: Skills section for skill-based items (Excel/PowerPoint, partnership, collaboration, influencing, organized, self-directed, judgment, risk management acumen, prioritize, navigate complex regulatory). However the instruction says we can have Skills section. We'll keep Qualifications for knowledge/experience, and Skills for abilities. Thus we need to adjust: Move skill-based items to Skills. Let's list Qualifications (desired qualifications that are experience/knowledge): - Experience supporting QFC, NFRR, TTR programs. - Strong knowledge of internal controls, control design, operational risk management principles, and regulatory expectations. - Experience performing RCSA, risk identification, risk assessments, and enterprise risk management activities. - Working knowledge of Investment Banking Operations
