Church's Chicken Shift Lead

About the role

Working under the supervision of the Church’s Manager and Assistant Manager, the Church’s Shift Lead is responsible for supporting and, in the absence of the Church’s Manager or Assistant Manager, leading the operations of the Company’s Church’s franchise operations at the assigned location during shifts. The Shift Lead shall ensure that the franchise is in compliance with all Church’s requirements and directives along with compliance with all health and food safety guidelines and requirements and the management of the operations and team members during the assigned shift.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Church’s Manager and Assistant Manager in managing the operations of the Church’s franchise operations at the assigned location during shifts.
• Ensures compliance with all Church’s requirements and directives.
• Ensures compliance with all health and food safety guidelines and requirements.
• Manages the operations and team members during the assigned shift.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.
• Knowledge of food service operations and health and safety regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be available to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
