Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency required.
• Valid NYS LPN license.
• BLS certification (infant, child and adult CPR) required; Current CPR certification.
• NYS Driver’s license required.
• Sustained efforts to maintain current knowledge base regarding professional and practice issues.

Pay

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future.

Schedule

Scheduled shifts will fluctuate and vary dependent on operational needs; shift start and end times will range accordingly from 7:00am-7:00pm. Schedule may include up to two weekends per month.
