Chiropractor opportunity in Westminster, MD (35 miles NE of Baltimore) offering a competitive salary, bonus potential, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends and half-days on Tuesday and Thursday.

About the role

We are seeking a personable and skilled Chiropractor (DC) to join our well-established practice with over 40 years of service to the community. This is a full-time position ideal for motivated doctors who enjoy hands-on patient care, confident adjusting, and being part of a collaborative team. New graduates and experienced Chiropractors are encouraged to apply.

Pay

$90,000–$120,000 salary (based on experience) plus 20% of collections over base salary.

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• No weekends
• Half-days on Tuesday and Thursday

Responsibilities

• Perform new patient consultations and examinations
• Develop appropriate treatment and care plans
• Provide chiropractic adjustments and ongoing patient care (Diversified, Drop, Activator, ART, PIR stretching, therapeutic exercise/PT-based care)
• Perform Reports of Findings (ROFs)
• Review and utilize X-rays as appropriate
• Incorporate therapeutic and rehabilitative exercises
• Educate patients on treatment plans, wellness, and continued care
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Participate in occasional community or practice marketing events
• Collaborate with the practice team to deliver an excellent patient experience

Requirements

• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited chiropractic program
• Chiropractic licensure in Maryland
• Interest or experience in physical therapy/rehabilitative care preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient-focused and comfortable working as part of a team
