Chiropractor position located in Westminster, MD (35 miles NE of Baltimore).

About the role

We are seeking a personable and skilled Chiropractor to join our established practice in Westminster, Maryland. Our practice has been serving the community for 40+ years, and we're looking for a doctor who enjoys hands-on patient care, is confident adjusting, and wants to be part of a collaborative team. New grads and experienced Chiropractors are encouraged to apply.

Pay

$90K–$120K salary (DOE) + 20% of collections over base salary.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday–Friday
• No weekends
• Half days on Tuesday and Thursday

Responsibilities

• Perform new patient consultations and examinations
• Develop appropriate treatment and care plans
• Provide chiropractic adjustments and ongoing patient care (Diversified, Drop, Activator, ART, PIR stretching, Therapeutic exercise/PT based care)
• Perform Reports of Findings (ROFs)
• Review and utilize X-rays as appropriate
• Incorporate therapeutic and rehabilitative exercises
• Educate patients on treatment plans, wellness, and continued care
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Participate in occasional community or practice marketing events
• Collaborate with the practice team to deliver an excellent patient experience

Requirements

• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited chiropractic program
• Chiropractic licensure in Maryland
• Interest or experience in physical therapy/rehabilitative care preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient-focused and comfortable working as part of a team
