Qualifications
- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Virginia
- Strong adjusting and communication skills
- Interest in family and wellness-based chiropractic care
- Webster certification is a plus, but not required
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
What You’ll Do
- Perform patient exams, re-exams, and review X-rays
- Develop individualized treatment and wellness plans
- Provide chiropractic adjustments using Diversified, Thompson Drop, Activator, and other appropriate techniques
- Present findings and educate patients on their care
- Refer for rehabilitation or additional therapies when appropriate
- Collaborate with our experienced chiropractic and support team
- Maintain accurate patient documentation
Schedule
Monday–Friday (Fridays end at noon)
No weekends or late hours
Compensation
$80,000–$120,000/year plus Uncapped performance bonuses
Additional commission potential of approximately $20K/year when on target
