Role Overview

You will act as a key player on the clinical and leadership team, providing evidence‑informed patient care while ensuring a superior total experience for each patient. The position offers autonomy to pursue areas of interest such as sports, neurology, rehab, pediatric, prenatal, and postnatal care.

Responsibilities

• Live the company’s Vision, Mission, and Values.
• Deliver patient‑centered clinical care, including initial exams, re‑exams, chiropractic adjustments/manipulations, attended and unattended modalities, soft‑tissue therapy (Graston, ART, Myofascial Release, FAKTR, Kinesiology Taping), Funhab®/Rehab exercise, radiology services, and implementation of home‑exercise programs.
• Provide evidence‑based reports of findings.
• Collaborate with team members on clinical care pathways for patients.
• Maintain gold‑standard coding and documentation to ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer regulations.
• Communicate with referring sources and the community in your market.
• Engage on social media to build awareness, promote the brand, and attract new patients.
• Build and lead your clinic team.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree.
• Postgraduate (or pre‑graduate) training.
• Demonstrated ability to use evidence‑informed strategies to provide superior clinical care, build a referral base, grow new patients, and maximize brand awareness.
• Proven ability to understand and execute existing clinical strategies.
• Effective oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities to interact with team members, management, patients, referral sources, and the broader community.

Pay

Salary range: $85,000 – $150,000 USD per year (Kaizo Health of Fairfax).
