About the role

As a chiropractor, you will provide adjustments, soft tissue work, and rehab exercises within a health-focused environment. You will engage in clinical care, patient acquisition, and relationship management, ensuring exceptional patient outcomes and building long-term client relationships. The role involves performing tailored chiropractic adjustments, designing rehab programs, conducting outreach, presenting care plans, and maintaining accurate documentation. Collaboration with staff and other healthcare professionals is essential to deliver integrated care.

Responsibilities

• Perform chiropractic adjustments and muscle/joint therapy tailored to each patient
• Design and monitor rehab exercise programs
• Conduct outreach and marketing to attract new patients
• Present personalized care and financial plans
• Maintain accurate SOAP notes and manage scheduling
• Collaborate with team members for comprehensive patient care

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong clinical knowledge in adjustments, soft tissue techniques, and rehab exercises
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience promoting services and converting consultations to ongoing care
• Familiarity with EHR and scheduling software
• Ability to balance clinical and administrative duties in a fast-paced setting
• Team-oriented with a commitment to high-quality, empathetic patient care

Pay

Starting salary of $80,000, with potential for $150,000+ including incentives. Performance-based pay and revenue sharing opportunities.
