The Chiropractor will provide high-quality, neurologically focused chiropractic care while building strong relationships with patients and families. The ideal candidate will also contribute to team development, patient education, practice growth, and community engagement. Key Responsibilities Patient Care & Clinical Excellence Provide compassionate, professional, and high-quality chiropractic care.Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.Deliver effective chiropractic adjustments and clinically appropriate treatment.Build trust with patients and create a positive, healing-focused experience.Work toward exceptional patient outcomes and long-term wellness. Patient Education & Engagement Educate patients about chiropractic care and individualized treatment plans.Clearly explain clinical recommendations and answer patient questions.Build strong relationships that encourage patient participation and continuity of care.Support family wellness and long-term patient relationships. Patient Retention & Practice Growth Develop authentic, trust-based relationships with patients and families.Provide an exceptional patient experience that encourages retention and referrals.Participate in community outreach, workshops, and educational events.Contribute to practice growth while maintaining high standards of patient care. Team Collaboration & Leadership Collaborate with the clinical and support teams to provide coordinated patient care.Mentor and support team members in their professional development.Participate in team development and continuous improvement initiatives.Demonstrate positive leadership and contribute to a supportive team environment. Qualifications Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution.Active state chiropractic license.Strong patient assessment and clinical skills.Experience or interest in pediatric and family chiropractic care.Experience working with children is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build trust and rapport with patients and families.Strong teamwork and leadership abilities.Commitment to continued professional learning and development.Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes.
