• Assisting the doctor with patient flow and therapies
• Scheduling appointments and managing check-in/checkout
• Maintaining a clean, organized treatment area
• Answering phones, handling basic administrative tasks, and supporting daily office operations

Requirements

• Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy office environment
• Previous healthcare or customer service experience is a plus, but not required — we’re happy to train the right person
