Responsibilities

• Assist doctors with patient care, including physical therapy modalities and rehab exercises
• Various administrative, marketing, and sales tasks as assigned
• Greet patients and visitors in a professional manner
• Teach and monitor patients performing rehab exercises, and teach home exercises
• Accurate and efficient data entry of billings and charges
• Work with the front desk staff to optimize patient satisfaction
• Disinfect and maintain treatment rooms and equipment
• Front desk responsibilities: answering phones, taking messages, confirming appointments, and other administrative tasks as assigned
• Participate in clinical research: collect and complete forms with patient data
• Regularly communicate with patients, doctors, and other referral sources while working in a clinical environment, including direct patient care
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Degree
• Previous Experience preferred, not required
• Preferred backgrounds (not required): Medical Assistants, CNAs, Chiropractic Assistants, Physical Therapy Techs, Rehab Aides, Athletic Trainers, and any other patient care or medical office professionals interested in making a difference in patients' lives!
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Familiarity with using MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
