Job Description Our client provides innovative cooling, heating, dehumidification, and power solutions to customers nationwide. Our rental fleet includes portable air conditioners, chillers, heaters, and generators that support critical operations across a wide range of industries. We are seeking Senior Chiller Technician All Levels Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Troubleshoot, maintain, test, and repair chiller and large-tonnage air conditioning equipmentAssist with refurbishment, reconditioning, and preparation of rental equipmentPerform equipment start-ups and pre-deployment testingComplete service, testing, and repair documentation accuratelyFollow all safety procedures and PPE requirementsSupport depot, shop, and field operations as neededPerform other duties as assigned Additional Responsibilities By Level Chiller Technician III (Senior): Serve as technical expert for chiller and large-tonnage HVAC equipmentPerform advanced diagnostics and complex repairsLead pre-deployment testing and quality assuranceMentor and train junior technicians and service techniciansSupport fleet upgrades, remote monitoring initiatives, and turnkey installations Qualifications Education & Certifications: High school diploma or GED requiredHVAC or Refrigeration degree or technical certificate preferred for higher-level rolesUniversal EPA Refrigeration Certification required Experience (Varies By Level) Senior Chiller Technician III: 5-7+ years of hands-on large-tonnage chiller experience Skills & Abilities Strong knowledge of refrigerant systems and HVAC best practicesAbility to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manualsBasic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office; ERP or rental software preferred)Forklift certification required; crane operation experience preferredStrong communication, organizational, and teamwork skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs using safe lifting practices Work Environment & Schedule This position may require travel, overtime, evenings, weekends, and holiday availability during peak seasonsRotating or on-call schedules may apply depending on role and location Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on level and experienceBonus opportunitiesMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife Insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off (vacation, sick time, and holidays)Training, career development, and advancement opportunitiesEmployee discount programs
