Childrens Support Roles: Life & Night Practitioners Swinderby, Lincoln
About the role
We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Life/Night Practitioners to join our team. As a Life/Night Practitioner, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will play a key role in helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
- Aid in daily activities for individuals.
- Accompany individuals on trips into the community such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings.
- Drive the company vehicle to transport individuals to community activities.
Requirements
- A genuine passion for care and to be motivated by contributing to the progression of others.
- A strong team player.
- Resilient and confident to ask for support as needed.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Computer literacy.
- A Level 3 in Children’s Residential Services or willing to work towards one.

- Life Practitioner - Level 1: £12.71
- Life Practitioner - Level 2: £13.10
- Life Practitioner - Level 3: £13.60
- Night Practitioner - Level 1: £12.85
- Night Practitioner - Level 2: £13.35
- Night Practitioner - Level 3: £13.85

Joining Bonus
A £500 joining bonus is offered, payable as £250 at the start of employment and £250 following successful completion of probation.
