Children's Sports Instructor

About the role

We're looking for energetic, dependable coaches to lead fun, engaging soccer sessions for children ages 2-8. This isn't just about soccer. It's about helping children build confidence, develop character, and discover they can do hard things.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, high-energy soccer sessions for children ages 2-8
• Safely manage groups of up to 12 children
• Teach soccer skills using our proven curriculum
• Encourage participation, effort, and confidence
• Create a positive and engaging learning environment
• Communicate professionally with families, schools, and staff
• Maintain equipment and class rosters
• Arrive prepared and on time for every session

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to stand, run, and actively participate during sessions
• Willingness to complete all training requirements

• No soccer experience is necessary. We provide all the training and curriculum you'll need.

Pay

$17.75 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule

Available coaching opportunities include weekday mornings, weekday afternoons/evenings, and Saturday mornings. Schedules remain consistent throughout each season, allowing coaches to build meaningful relationships with the same children, families, and schools week after week.
