Responsibilities
- Lead fun, high-energy soccer sessions for children ages 2-8
- Safely manage groups of up to 12 children
- Teach soccer skills using our proven curriculum
- Encourage participation, effort, and confidence
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment
- Communicate professionally with families, schools, and staff
- Maintain equipment and class rosters
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Able to pass a background check
- Able to stand, run, and actively participate during sessions
- Willingness to complete all training requirements

Pay
$17.75 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule
Available coaching opportunities include weekday mornings, weekday afternoons/evenings, and Saturday mornings. Schedules remain consistent throughout each season, allowing coaches to build meaningful relationships with the same children, families, and schools week after week.
