Soccer Stars Coach positions offer a unique opportunity to earn above-average pay while making a significant impact on children's lives. Working with Super Soccer Stars, you'll lead fun and educational activities, ensuring safety and fostering a love for soccer.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun and educational soccer activities for children
• Ensure safety and create a positive learning environment
• Use positive reinforcement and a non-competitive approach
• Maintain energy and enthusiasm throughout classes
• Work with class rosters and maintain attendance records
• Follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Available to start by the end of March or beginning of April
• Reliable transportation to travel up to an hour to class locations
• Clean, valid drivers license
• Pass state and FBI background checks (including DUI/DWI)
• Attend regular trainings and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual
• Pass CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
• Have a genuine passion for creating a joyful work environment
• Be able to maintain energy and enthusiasm throughout classes
• Understand and fulfill responsibilities while in charge of children
• Build and maintain strong relationships with directors, teachers, parents, and children
• Teach classes in an organized, structured, and fun manner (training will be provided)
