Children Program Assistant Per Diem - Free Membership
About the Role
Wentworth-Douglass Hospital/The Works Fitness Center, an affiliate of Mass General Brigham, is seeking a Children Program Assistant to support event planning, program facilitation, and childcare services.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and facilitate events and programs for children of various ages.
- Provide childcare services during events and programs.
- Ensure safety and supervision of children at all times.
- Collaborate with staff to develop and implement educational activities.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment for children.
Requirements
- Experience in planning, organizing, and facilitating events and programs of all sizes and ages.
- One-year childcare experience and/or Early Childhood education preferred.
- CPR Certification required within 3 months of hire.
Qualifications
- Exemplary interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
- First Aid trained.
- Conflict Resolution Training preferred.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of early childhood education or recreation.
