Responsibilities

• Teach amazing classes and lead fabulous birthday parties using the proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Collaborate with a team of instructors who teach classes and run birthday parties on weekends.
• Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families, ensuring a magical experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service and a family‑like membership experience.
• Lead and positively impact the growth and development of children and families in the community.
• Contribute to a supportive team environment where many leaders began in this role.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, willing to be a goofball and give high‑fives.
• Background in child development, physical education, gymnastics, dance, early childhood education, or related fields (preferred).
• Passion for serving others and making people feel good.
• Strong rapport with kids and their parents.
• Positive, upbeat attitude—often voted “most likely to be in a good mood.”
• Ability to have fun while also focusing and completing work tasks.

About the Company

The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Programs provide a springboard to life’s adventures through movement‑based learning and imaginative play, building confidence and skills at each stage of childhood. For over 40 years, trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance, camps, Parents’ Survival Nights, skill clinics, and Awesome Birthday Bash parties. All locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees; this posting is for the Somersault Operating franchise, which currently operates 30 locations across eight states and is expanding with new sites.
