About the role
The Little Gym is seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fun, supportive environment where you can make a difference in the lives of children and families.
Responsibilities
- Teach amazing classes and lead fabulous birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we’ll teach you how!)
- Be part of a team of instructors who teach classes and run birthday parties on the weekends.
- Cookordination all aspects of birthday parties with families who are hosting at our facility and make sure they have a truly magical experience!
- Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.
- Be ready to LEAD. We will make a positive impact on the growth and development of the children and families of our community! Many of the leaders in our company started in this position and have enjoyed the opportunities for upward mobility.
Requirements
- You're totally open to being a goofball and love giving (air) high 5's.
- You have background in gymnastics, dance, early childhood development or education.
- You live to serve! Making others feel good makes you feel good.
- Kids really like you AND their parents really like you too.
- You were voted most likely to be in a good mood by your high school classmates.
- You love to have fun but you know when to buckle down and do work.
Qualifications
- You could get paid to fold t-shirts or you could get paid to act like a dinosaur. The choice is yours!
- You have a passion for working with children and a desire to see them grow and develop.
- You are reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
