Children's Fitness Instructor

About the role

Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we'll teach you how!). Provide an outstanding customer service experience. Keep our gym and lobby area clean and disinfected.

Responsibilities

• Party like a Rockstar and hang 'late night' with awesome kids while their parents get some adult time.
• Love celebrating kids' success, especially if you have a background in child development, physical education, gymnastics, or dance.
• Enjoy serving others and making them feel good.
• Build positive relationships with kids and their families.
• Engage kids in activities that make them more confident.
• Have fun but also be able to focus on work.
• Encourage kids to participate in our programs and stay active.

Requirements

• Open to being a goofball and enjoy celebrating kids' successes.
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with children and adults.
• Ability to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Experience working with children is preferred but not required.
