Requirements And Qualifications
The candidate for Assistant Director must hold a current Director qualification for the State of Colorado, maintain a clear criminal background, must like working with children and be able to work in the classroom when needed, and must be flexible with hours and daily responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining cleanliness in the facility by conducting walk-throughs
- Making staff schedules
- Responding to staff call-ins
- Maintaining communications with parents
- Onboarding and training new hires
- Overseeing events like picture days, the book fair, camp programs, and more
- Submitting billing
- Supporting weekend drop-off and other special events

Physical Demands
The candidate must be able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs. and must be able to aid in food delivery around the Center.
Pay
This is an exempt role that pays $60,000 - $63,000 per year, depending on experience.
