About the role
The Children's Attorneys Project at Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada is seeking a full-time attorney to represent children in guardianship actions. The attorney will champion the rights of children in guardianship court and ensure that their voice is heard and their rights are preserved and enforced in the action. The attorney will be on the forefront of a new area of practice and will help shape and enforce meaningful protections for children.

- Ability to speak Spanish is beneficial.
- Licensed attorney in good standing from any United States jurisdiction.

Pay
Starting salary range is $70,000 to $100,000 depending on experience, with annual increases available.
