Children's Art Teacher

About the role

Get paid to have fun hanging out with kids, 18 months to 12 years of age, as you teach them how to create art/stem projects! We have permanent and seasonal positions available. We need people to help spread our Passion for STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) Education.

Responsibilities

• Interact with students during art classes and camps.
• Help children create fridge-worthy masterpieces, learn art concepts, and experiment with many different art materials.

Requirements

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a reliable car.
• Be available three or more days a week to work in the afternoon hours during the school year.
• Truly get a kick out of making a mess and believe kids should be messy too!
• Be enthusiastic, reliable, creative, and love working with kids.

Schedule

• During the school year: available three or more days a week in the afternoon hours.
• More hours available during no-school days and summer months.
• Mornings, early evenings, and weekend hours available for those seeking additional hours.

About Kidcreate Studio

Kidcreate Studio is an art/stem studio just for kids. Our art classes are a great way to introduce children to the beautiful world of STEAM! We provide a positive, self-esteem-building environment for children to explore the visual arts. Children get messy with paint, clay, and so much more! Specializing in children's STEAM classes, camps, and art-themed birthday parties. Weekly classes, camps, workshops, and homeschool classes are age-specific and are tailored to provide each student with the curriculum that suits them best.
