About the role
The Children's Programs Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations and supervision of Gunstock's children's programs, including Children's half- and full-day programs and our popular seasonal Dev Team program. This role is accountable for the overall guest experience for guests participating in Children's Programs and works closely with other Snowsports leadership to ensure smooth, high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of Gunstock's children's programs
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants in the Children's Programs
- Work closely with other Snowsports leadership to provide exceptional service to guests
- Oversee the implementation of the Dev Team program
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote the Children's Programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a customer-facing environment
- Experience working with children and youth
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Pay
$20 - $25 per hour based on experience
Schedule
Variable schedule with weekends and evenings required
