About the role

LLE Education Group is seeking an enthusiastic Teacher who wants to make a positive impact in the lives of their students. The schools are growing and thriving, and they are excited to welcome new educators to their family.

Responsibilities

  • Create, design and implement lesson plans.
  • Manage students as they learn, play, eat and sleep.
  • Keep the classroom organized and clean.
  • Observe children's interests; work with other team members to develop creative ideas for an engaging curriculum.
  • Communicate with parents daily, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various means, including mobile apps and personal conversations.

Requirements

  • CDA or ECE certificate, associates/bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field, or equivalent coursework.
  • Active and current enrollment in an accredited program may be considered when combined with experience.
  • Minimum of 1-year field-related experience.
  • Flexibility to work hours based on the needs of the school and program.

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is between $15.00 - $18.00 per hour. The pay range listed here is what LLE Group in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.

Schedule

Hours are flexible based on the needs of the school and program.
