If you've ever tried to reason with a toddler… you already know this job requires skill, patience, and a really good sense of humor. At The Breakie Bunch, our toddler teachers are experts in: Turning chaos into learning Redirecting big feelings into positive growth Celebrating independence (even when it slows everything down 😅)

Responsibilities

• Dance parties and structured learning
• Teaching life skills like sharing, cleaning up, and using words
• Helping toddlers navigate BIG emotions
• Answering "why?" on repeat

Requirements

• Ability to laugh and have fun while getting the job done well
• Minimum of a CDA (Associate's In Early Childhood, preferred)
• CPR & First Aid certified (we'll provide if needed)
• Bloodborne Pathogen Training before starting (provided if needed)
• Love for teaching and strong commitment
• Strong communication skills
• Team player mindset
