Responsibilities

• Develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation
• Ensure compliance with all licensing guidelines and company standards
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote child achievement and center success

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children

Pay

$16.40–19.14 hourly, based on position, education, and experience. Bi-weekly and daily pay options available.

Schedule

Monday–Friday work week. Flexible schedules with no nights or weekends.
