Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized
• Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children
• Effectively communicate with families
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics
• Work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children

Requirements

• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience
• Passion for working with children
• Energetic and dependable individuals

Pay

• Assistant Teacher: $16.48–$17.12 hourly
• Lead Teacher: $18.52–$19.23 hourly
• Bi-weekly and daily pay options
• Pay based on position, education, and experience
