About the role

Inspire Early Education is seeking dedicated and compassionate Childcare Teachers to join our team at Inspire Old Forge. We offer positions for Lead Teachers and Assistant Teachers across all age groups.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment
• Bring learning to life through play-based curriculum
• Support children's growth, confidence, and development
• Build meaningful relationships with children and families
• Keep classrooms organized while meeting state standards
• Work alongside a supportive and collaborative team

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
• Experience in a childcare setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive attitude and passion for working with children

• Ability to pass background and health requirements

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Hours vary based on position and class schedule, but typically range from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
