About the role

We are seeking dedicated educators to join our team at Sweet Kiddles University Circle in Cleveland, OH. Our mission is to inspire curiosity, foster learning, and support the holistic development of young minds.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment
• Bring learning to life through play-based curriculum
• Support children's growth, confidence, and development
• Build meaningful relationships with children and families
• Keep classrooms organized while meeting state standards
• Work alongside a supportive and collaborative team

Requirements

• Experience in a childcare setting
• High School Diploma or GED
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education (a plus)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive attitude and passion for working with children
• Ability to pass background and health requirements

Qualifications

• Passionate about early childhood education
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new methods
• Ability to work flexible hours (8:00am - 5:00pm)

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Knowledge of child development and educational theories
• Positive and nurturing personality

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
