Childcare Teacher, Full Time- Toddler Class

About the role

Seeking candidates with Toddler childcare center experience. As an Childcare Teacher, you’ll be an active participant in shaping the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development of the children in your care. You’ll lead engaging, age-appropriate activities, foster curiosity, and create a nurturing classroom environment that supports early learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care in a safe, nurturing environment
• Plan and implement age-appropriate, developmentally sound lesson plans
• Support kindergarten readiness through engaging curriculum
• Create a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom
• Foster open communication and strong relationships with families
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive, professional workplace
• Maintain flexibility and a commitment to continuous improvement
• Attend all required in-service trainings
• Maintain CPR and First Aid certification
