Responsibilities
- Create and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to your students
- Support children through learning, playing, meals, and resting
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring classroom environment
- Collaborate with your team to develop creative curriculum ideas
- Communicate with families daily through mobile apps and personal updates
Requirements
- CDA, ECE certificate, associate’s or bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field (or equivalent coursework)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare facility or active enrollment in an accredited program may be considered with experience
- Ability to meet VA licensing standards and pass a background check
- Willingness to work flexible hours based on program needs
- Ability to cultivate a safe and stimulating classroom environment

Pay
The hourly rate for this position is between $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. The pay range listed is what we in good faith anticipate offering for this job position. Actual compensation within this range will be determined by several factors, including a candidate’s experience, education and training, certifications, geographic location and other relevant organization and business factors.
Schedule
Work Monday–Friday and never worry about giving up your weekends.
