About the role

Foundations Early Learning Center is a fast-growing, top-rated preschool company seeking dedicated, enthusiastic teachers to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Create an engaging classroom where children can learn, play and grow
• Foster learning through STEAM learning and the Creative Curriculum
• Use our app to communicate and build relationships with families
• Ensure a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment
• Support children's social and emotional development
• Communicate effectively with families and colleagues
• Collaborate with other educators to support student success

Requirements

• Passion for working with young children
• At least 18-years-old
• At least 6 months experience as a teacher in a licensed daycare or preschool required
• CDA, TCC or degree in early childhood education or related field required for lead teachers
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to pass background checks & health assessments
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. for child safety and emergencies

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with technology and digital tools

Pay

Hourly Pay Range: $15-19 per hour

Pay is determined by the level of education and years of experience. Pay increases with continued education, performance and years of service.
