Childcare Site Supervisor – After School
Description
Healthy Kids Programs is seeking part-time Site Supervisors for its After School Program for the 2026-2027 school year. Site Supervisors assist the Multi-Site Director in supervising, training, and supporting Assistant Teachers in delivering high-quality childcare services.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure staff and program operations consistently meet state regulations, Healthy Kids policies, and host school requirements.
- Plan and lead engaging, hands-on activities aligned with the Healthy Kids Curriculum, including fitness, STEAM, academics, arts, and homework support.
- Oversee daily operational tasks such as accurate attendance and registration tracking, scheduling, and maintaining appropriate staffing levels.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with parents and caregivers using the Playground App.
- Communicate regularly with your direct report to share updates, address concerns, and support a positive team environment.
Requirements
- Must be at least 20 years of age.
- Candidates must meet one of the following qualification options:
- Bachelor’s degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Guidance, Human Services, Nursing, Psychology, Physical Education, Recreation, Child Psychology, the Arts, Social Work, Sociology, Child Care, or a related field, with at least 6 months of experience working with school-age children.
- Associate’s degree in one of the fields listed above, with at least 9 months of experience working with school-age children.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of experience working with school-age children.
- Medical clearance to perform all job duties and are free from communicable diseases, including tuberculosis (TB).
- A warm, friendly, and positive attitude, with strong interpersonal skills when working with children, parents, and team members.
- A professional, dependable, and punctual demeanor.
- The ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including bending, stretching, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds, and actively engaging with energetic children.
