Childcare Site Supervisor – After School

Join Healthy Kids Programs as a Site Supervisor for our After School Program at Fort Montgomery Elementary School in Fort Montgomery, NY for the 2026–2027 school year. Help shape a safe and fun environment where kids can grow and thrive through engaging activities and positive leadership.
Location: Fort Montgomery Elementary School, Fort Montgomery, NY
Status: Part-time, non-exempt
Pay: $16.50 per hour
Hours: 2:45 PM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum, including fitness, STEAM, academic, art, and group activities, as well as homework completion
- Provide a safe, healthy, and fun environment and act as a positive role model for children in the program
- Observe state guidelines, Healthy Kids Extended Day Program policies, and host school policies
- Perform management functions such as maintaining accurate attendance records, registration, and staffing (for certain positions)
Requirements
- 18 years or older and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferably 1 year of experience working with kids under 13
- Medically cleared of any communicable diseases, including TB
- Warm, friendly, and upbeat with exceptional people skills; professional, reliable, and prompt
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry (up to 50 lbs.), and keep up with active children
