Childcare Provider (WW)

Responsibilities

• Engage children aged 12 weeks to 12 years in fun, age-appropriate activities and games.
• Provide outstanding customer service, greet parents, and check in children professionally.
• Support the mission of Edge Kids by adhering to policies and maintaining a positive, energetic attitude.
• Keep activity spaces neat, clean, and sanitary while demonstrating enthusiasm and motivation.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure a safe, engaging environment and promote confidence in children.
• Support flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
• Participate in ongoing training.

Requirements

• Passion for working with kids and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
• Strong class management skills and a reliable, dependable work ethic.
• Ability to work flexible hours and demonstrate a "roll up the sleeves" mentality.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
