About the role

Edge Kids provides an active, upbeat, and motivating atmosphere where fitness meets fun! As an Edge Kids Coach, you'll move, groove, and play with children aged 12 weeks to 12 years using our exciting Edge Kids program of activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding member experience and customer service
• Engage and instruct children in age-appropriate games and activities according to the provided program
• Greet parents and check in children to Edge Kids in a professional and friendly manner
• Support and articulate the Edge Kids mission while adhering to Edge Kids Policies and Procedures
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm
• Support fellow staff in all areas of the Edge Fitness Clubs
• Keep the Edge Kids room neat, clean, and sanitary

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours, including some nights and weekends
• Demonstrates a "roll up the sleeves" mentality
• Passion for working with kids
• Positive, enthusiastic, and energetic attitude
• Committed to training and ongoing personal development
• Excellent class management skills
• Good work ethic; reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Must pass a criminal background check
