About the Role

Engage children aged 12 weeks to 12 years in fun, age-appropriate activities that promote confidence and enjoyment. Collaborate with staff to deliver energetic, motivating, and organized programs while maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting parents, checking in children, and creating a welcoming environment.
• Support the mission and policies of Edge Kids.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm, positivity, and a strong work ethic to foster a high-energy, fun atmosphere.

Requirements

• Passion for working with children and creating a positive impact.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Excellent class management and communication skills.
• Reliable, dependable, and committed to ongoing personal development.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
