Responsibilities

• Lead Little Wing & Rookies classes using our structured curriculum (training provided)
• Create a positive, engaging, and well-managed classroom for young learners
• Use movement, games, and hands-on activities to teach foundational music concepts
• Manage classroom behavior and maintain clear structure and routines
• Communicate regularly with parents about student experience and progress
• Help prepare students for in-school showcases and events

Requirements

• Experience in early childhood education (teaching, daycare, preschool, camps, etc.)
• Strong classroom management and group leadership skills
• High energy, patience, and ability to engage young children
• Organized, reliable, and professional with parents and staff

Qualifications

• Interest in music or performing arts is a plus (but not required)

Schedule

• Saturdays required (morning–early afternoon)
• Additional weekday availability is a plus

Pay

• Hourly, based on experience
• Opportunities for additional hours and growth
