Childcare Manager N & W

About This Role

Brilliant Beginnings Learning Center is seeking a Nights & Weekend Manager to support our extended-hour program. This role is ideal for someone passionate about children, values faith-based education, and enjoys working with families.

Schedule Requirements

Applicants must be willing and available to work the following shifts:

• Monday–Friday: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have at least 6 months of programmatic experience
• Must have, or be willing to obtain First-Aid/CPR and DHO training within the first 30 days of employment
• Must have a high school diploma, or childcare-related credits
• Must have or be willing to obtain Virginia's 10-hour Pre-service Training
• Must have or be willing to obtain a Medication Administration Certificate

Qualifications

• Must Be 21 years of age
• Strong customer service skills and clear communication
• Friendly, professional, and confident when interacting with children and parents
• Highly dependable, stable, and able to lead with consistency
• Committed to making a positive, lasting impact on children and families
