About the role
Lead Caregiver responsible for ensuring high-quality resident care and supporting the caregiving team in an assisted living setting.
Responsibilities
- Lead shift assignments, manage attendance, and coordinate coverage.
- Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (ADL).
- Coach caregivers on service quality, hospitality, and documentation standards.
- Review charting to ensure compliance with Individualized Service Plans (ISP).
- Monitor resident changes and communicate concerns promptly.
- Support onboarding and mentor new team members.
- Promote safety, compliance, and smooth shift transitions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
- CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications
- Strong communication, delegation, and decision-making skills
- Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care preferred
Compensation & Benefits
Pay range of $22.00 - $27.60/hour, with offerings including medical, dental, vision, life, disability plans, retirement savings, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and flexible pay options. Bonuses may be available based on performance and company policies.
