Healthy Kids Programs is looking for an energetic and passionate Before and After Lead Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year at Crothersville Elementary School in Crothersville, IN.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure staff and program operations consistently meet state regulations, Healthy Kids policies, and host school requirements.
• Plan and lead engaging, hands-on activities aligned with the Healthy Kids Curriculum, including fitness, STEAM, academics, arts, and homework support.
• Oversee daily operational tasks such as accurate attendance and registration tracking, scheduling, and maintaining appropriate staffing levels.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with parents and caregivers using the Playground App.
• Communicate regularly with your direct report to share updates, address concerns, and support a positive team environment.

Requirements

• Minimum qualifications: 18 years or older, High School Diploma or GED, Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or relevant ECE coursework, 1 year of experience working with kids under 13, medically cleared of communicable diseases including TB.
• Warm, friendly, and upbeat personality with exceptional people skills, reliability, and punctuality.
• Physically capable of bending, stretching, lifting, carrying (up to 50 lbs.), and adapting to the needs of the children.
