About the role
Discovery Junction in Campbelltown, PA is seeking an energetic and nurturing Lead Preschool Teacher to join their team in the Preschool Classroom.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support children's learning and development
- Create a safe and inclusive environment for all children
- Implement curriculum that promotes creativity and imagination
- Collaborate with other educators to plan activities and lessons
- Support children's social and emotional growth
- Document children's progress and communicate with parents
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- At least 2500 hours of documented experience with children
- The ability to pass all background checks

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with children and adults
- Knowledge of child development and educational theories
