Childcare Director
The Nest Schools, founded in 2021 by tenured early childhood professionals, is a rapidly growing Early Childhood organization with a vision to raise a world of kind, healthy, happy, and inspired children. We currently operate 35 schools across 5 states and aim to expand to over 200 schools in 25 states by 2025. As a state-of-the-art provider, we seek a School Director who values Early Childhood Education and views teachers as professional educators. Each school is supported by a full-time curriculum and education specialist, and classroom budgets are provided for learning materials and crafts.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage school operations, ensuring high-quality early childhood programs.
- Support and develop teachers as professional educators, fostering a culture of innovation and kindness.
- Collaborate with a full-time curriculum and education specialist to enhance learning experiences.
- Utilize classroom budgets to provide resources for learning materials and crafts.
- Engage with families, children, and staff to create a positive and inspiring school environment.
Requirements
- Previous Director Experience required, preferably in a large Early Childhood Education school.
- Required Director Credential.

Pay
USD $55,000.00 - USD $65,000.00 per year.
