About the role

The Nest Schools is seeking a School Director to lead one of our state-of-the-art early childhood programs. This role is ideal for a current Director in Early Childhood Education looking for better compensation, support, and growth opportunities. As the leader of a school, you will embrace our belief that teachers are Early Childhood Professional Educators, supported by a full-time curriculum and education specialist, classroom budgets, and a commitment to innovation and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations of an early childhood school.
• Support and develop teachers as Early Childhood Professional Educators.
• Ensure high-quality early childhood programs and experiences for children, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with a full-time curriculum and education specialist to enhance learning outcomes.
• Utilize classroom budgets to provide learning materials and crafts that align with teachers' visions.
• Foster a positive workplace culture centered on wellness, innovation, kindness, and fun.

Qualifications

• Previous Director Experience required, preferably in a large early childhood education school.
• Director Credential preferred.

Pay

USD $50,000.00 - USD $55,000.00 per year.
