Childcare Curriculum Coordinator

About the role

The Nest School is seeking an Education Coordinator to deliver a unique curriculum focusing on health and wellness, arts and music, and life skills to children in various classrooms. This role involves leading special classes, serving as a role model, and collaborating with the management team on administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a specialized curriculum across multiple classrooms
• Model and participate in physical activities, stretching, singing, and dancing
• Work closely with classroom teachers to ensure quality instruction
• Support teachers, children, and families in daily operations
• Collaborate with the school's leadership team on administrative tasks

Requirements

• Current CDA Certificate
• Teaching experience of at least 3 years
• Preferred background in health and wellness, fine arts, and music
• CPR certification

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field
• Experience in childcare or a similar field
• Ability to engage and inspire children and staff

Skills

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lead and motivate others
• Knowledge of child development and safety protocols

$17.10/hr - $20.67/hr
