We are seeking a Childcare Cook to join our New Horizon Academy team at our beautiful Dubuque school!
Wage Range
$14.30-$16.55
Work Schedule
- Full-time, Monday-Friday
- 7:00am-4:00pm
Qualifications
- Positive work ethic and team-centered attitude
- Comfortable working with food allergies/restrictions
- Enjoy working in a child-centered environment
- Willing to learn
- Previous kitchen experience preferred

Requirements
- Mets or exceeds state qualifications for the listed position
- Has previous experience in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Meets position qualification requirements as outlined by the state department guidelines
- Satisfies the Applicant Background Study required by state regulations
- Provides proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States
- Has the physical abilities to perform the required job duties with or without accommodations
- Communicates effectively with children, families, and staff
- Understands state licensing regulations and company policies
