Childcare Coach / Kids Fitness Instructor - My Gym Wellesley

About the role

We're hiring part-time childcare coaches to lead classes, run birthday parties, and create genuinely great experiences for kids ages 6 weeks–10 years. No My Gym experience needed—we fully train the right people.

What You'll Do

• Lead structured movement classes—obstacle courses, gymnastics, games, music, and more
• Run birthday parties, camps, and special events
• Build real relationships with the families who come back every week

Pay & Schedule

• $20–$22/hr based on experience, plus tips
• 10–30 hrs/week (varies by season)
• Year-round position, not seasonal
• Some weekend shifts, plus a paid weekly Friday team meeting to stay in sync with your crew

Qualifications

Great for childcare professionals, nannies, daycare and preschool staff, students, performers, actors, coaches, teachers—anyone who thrives in a high-energy, people-focused environment. Bonus points for experience in childcare, preschool, coaching, sports, dance, gymnastics, or theater.
