Childcare Center Bus Driver
About the role
You will support our center by providing safe, reliable transportation for our students to and from school and/or activities. You may also be supporting classrooms, working alongside your Lead Teacher, you will support young learners through meaningful experiences that encourage curiosity, confidence, kindness, and growth.
Responsibilities
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets licensing and ratio requirements
- Provide on time, safe and reliable transportation for our Before and After School programs
- Engage directly with children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor time
- Observe children and share developmental notes with the Lead Teacher
- Build relationships with families through warm, consistent daily communication
- Assist with classroom documentation including attendance and daily reports
- Maintain a safe Bus environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Experience driving children
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with children and families
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Pass a background check

Pay
Pay: 13-15 per hour, based on experience and education.
Schedule
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
