Childcare Center Bus Driver
Your role at Child Development Schools combines safe, reliable student transportation with classroom support. You’ll drive children to and from school and activities, then assist Lead Teachers in creating a warm, engaging learning environment through hands-on activities, storytelling, and daily interactions that foster curiosity, confidence, and growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-time, safe, and reliable transportation for Before and After School programs
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets licensing and ratio requirements
- Engage directly with children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor time
- Observe children and share developmental notes with the Lead Teacher
- Build relationships with families through warm, consistent daily communication
- Assist with classroom documentation including attendance and daily reports
- Maintain a safe bus environment
Pay
$13–$15 per hour, based on experience and education.
